The Solution
When we decided to transition to FOCUS, one of the things that stood out right away was the support.
Whenever I need help, the technical support team is quick to respond. I don’t have to wait long to get someone on the phone, and the people I speak with are knowledgeable and able to walk me through what I need. At first, we spent time customizing FOCUS for how we work. Once we had those processes in place, FOCUS worked really well for us.
The reporting is one of the biggest advantages to FOCUS. I’m able to create reports, save them, and share them with other managers. Once those reports are built, I can just click and pull exactly the information I need.
Because I manage multiple stores, this saves a lot of time. Instead of rebuilding reports every day, I can just open the ones I’ve already created and see the data immediately. I can break information down by lead source, vehicle type, status, or any other criteria I need. I use these reports every day. It helps me keep track of what’s happening with our leads, what vehicles are getting the most attention, and how our team is performing.
We’ve also started using the AI features.
We can now generate emails or texts to customers who are interested in certain vehicles. The AI pulls accurate vehicle details, recommends additional vehicles they might be interested in, and helps our team create professional messages quickly.
Another feature we use is the Unified Customer Profile, which helps identify when multiple records may belong to the same customer and creates a complete view of everything the customer has done at our dealerships. This gives us a clearer view of the customer and helps keep our data organized.
Overall, the biggest impact for us has been the ability to run more efficiently and give us better visibility into what’s happening across all our stores. I can build the reports I need, share them with my team, and quickly focus on the areas that need attention. The tools FOCUS offers are things you don’t always get with other solutions. The reporting, the ability to create your own processes, and the internal communication tools make a big difference.
