Software training made a DMS transition much smoother for a new controller:
As I was transitioning into the controller role at Karl Chevrolet, we were also converting to ERA-IGNITE. I realized training would be beneficial, so I decided to take the ERA-IGNITE accounting and control class in Houston.
After taking the course, I feel comfortable coaching others at my dealership through new software and shortcuts. The information I learned will help streamline our dealership processes. It made me excited to go back to work to share with others and apply what I learned.
With the information from the class, I am able to maneuver through ERA-IGNITE better. I can help others in my department without having to spend time hunting down answers. I have been able to teach my coworker, shortcuts and ways to make them more efficient in their roles. It eased the transition to era ignite and made everyone feel more comfortable.
The course was taught by multiple experts in the field which made me feel comfortable. I was impressed by the hospitality. Everyone was welcoming, which was wonderful, especially being away from home.
The class sizes were small, so we had one-on-one attention, and the instructors answered all my questions. Experts from the field were in the class as well, which was helpful as we went through the information.
