When we made the switch to ERA-IGNITE I knew I needed to get a better grasp of the system. I heard from our account manager that classes were offered in our area at the Orlando Road Show and it was a done deal – I had to take the opportunity.
The Reynolds webinars I took in the past were helpful, but the classroom experience blew me away. The instructors were fantastic. They were always available for any questions, even between sessions. And being out of the dealership provided a chance to take it all in without distractions.
I learned every aspect of the system and went over it step-by-step. Now I know how to build my own reports. But the best part was being able to use my work login. Everything I built in class was ready for me when I got back to the dealership.
