A new system administrator took in-person classes to learn the system and increase efficiency:
A year ago, I became system administrator for our dealer group. I didn’t know what I didn’t know and wanted to be more efficient.
Now that I have gotten used to my new role, the course has proved extremely beneficial. The information I learned saves me so much time and makes my job easier.
I cannot say enough about how amazing the instructor was. She spent extra time on the areas we really cared about. The class size was small, so the experience felt personalized.
I learned so much in the classroom environment. The attendees communicated with each other to help answer questions, and it was nice to hear what other dealerships have had success with and share advice.
I appreciate this class, the instructors, and what it taught me.
