The Reynolds and Reynolds Company released today its latest report studying the impact of its Retail Management System on a dealership’s profitability after switching from a competing DMS provider.
The report points out that while margins were boosted greatly by the pandemic and forces outside of the dealership’s control, added value to the customer can drive sustained profitability as the market normalizes to pre-pandemic paradigms.
Reynolds Retail Summit: Amplify 2024 Is One Month Away, Agenda Released
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is pleased to announce the agenda for its Retail Summit: Amplify 2024. The two-day event will be held at Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Virginia, from August 19 to 20.
The first day of the summit welcomes guests with a golf outing on the Robert Trent Jones, Jr. course in the afternoon, and a reception with dinner in the evening. Day two of the summit starts with a breakfast at 7 a.m. and a personal welcome by Chris Walsh, president of Reynolds, which will include a major announcement.

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and DealerOn, a leading provider of websites and sales and marketing enablement technology for automotive dealerships, today announced an integration to elevate dealerships’ online presence.
Through development efforts under this partnership, dealers will have the opportunity to enhance their holistic view of the consumer. Behavioral website data will be able to be incorporated into the single customer record in the Reynolds Retail Management System, including the DMS, the CRM, and Virtual Retailing.
