Amplify 2026 to Spotlight AI, Unified Customer Data, and the Future of Fixed Ops
During the morning main stage session, keynote speakers will chart what’s next for Reynolds Flex, the AI assistant Rey, and a CRM powered by truly unified customer data.
DAYTON, Ohio
Jul 22, 2026
Reynolds and Reynolds today shared details of the morning keynote for its annual Reynolds Retail Summit: Amplify 2026. Headlined as the Reynolds Innovation Roadmap, the morning main stage session will give dealers a first look at where Reynolds is taking its technology across both fixed and variable operations, and the vision guiding its AI future.
The Innovation Roadmap keynote brings three Reynolds leaders to the main stage, each tackling a challenge dealers face every day: keeping service and parts workflows efficient, turning data into immediate action, and unifying customer information to sell more efficiently. From how Reynolds’ solutions are improving the front and back of the dealership today to what’s coming next, the session delivers an exciting look at what is possible now and in the near future.
“The morning keynote is where dealers see exactly what we’re building and why,” said Chris Walsh, president and acting CEO of Reynolds. “From fixed operations to the sales floor, we’re applying AI in ways that drive meaningful outcomes for our customers. Amplify gives attendees a front-row seat to what’s possible now – and what’s coming next.”
Moving from Question to Action with Rey
AJ McGowan, VP of Research and Development
Too many teams still spend valuable time tracking down answers, piecing customer data together across platforms, and generating reports from last month’s numbers. Rey, Reynolds’ AI assistant built for automotive retail, handles those insights. AJ McGowan will dive into Rey’s next-level capabilities, from automating tasks and anticipating workflows to helping teams take immediate action, and unveil where this powerful AI assistant is headed next.
Solving the Sales Efficiency Problem with Unified Customer Data
Brad Title, President of Gubagoo
CDPs promised a single source of truth for customer data, but for many that investment has turned into yet another data silo. Truly unified customer data should equip every salesperson with the entire customer journey, improving sales efficiency and boosting close ratios. Brad Title will share Reynolds’ vision for a CRM powered by unified customer data that will define the future of automotive retail.
The Future of Fixed Ops with Reynolds Flex
Brent McDorman, Flex Product Development Manager
As vehicles continue to evolve and customer expectations rise, the last thing dealers need is for service workflows to get even more complex. Brent McDorman will show how Service and Parts Flex are built to make the job easier by tracing the evolution of these solutions, how they’re improving fixed operations today, and what’s in store for the future.
The Innovation Roadmap keynote complements the summit’s afternoon keynote, in which accomplished dealership leaders will tackle the key challenges reshaping the industry and the opportunities for dealerships to adapt, innovate, and thrive. Together, the two sessions frame both where retail automotive stands today and where it’s headed.
“At Reynolds, we don’t stop pushing forward. Every day we’re focused on our customers’ success,” concluded Walsh. “AI is creating new opportunities across the dealership, and what matters most is applying it in ways that help dealers work smarter, serve their customers better, and build long-term success. At Amplify, attendees will see exactly how.”
