What happened in Vegas isn’t going to stay in Vegas. This year’s NADA set the tone for a strong start to 2026 across the industry. The energy of attendees at the event and the level of innovation on display proved once again why NADA is where automotive retail shapes its future. For us at Reynolds, it was an opportunity to connect with dealers, unveil new technology, and set our sights on what’s next.
Rey: Your Connected AI Assistant
First unveiled at Amplify, Rey, our AI assistant, was a showstopper at NADA. It equips dealers to get answers faster and work more efficiently. Need to know:
  • Which car to buy at auction?
  • How to void a repair order?
  • What is your average CIT time by lender?
Rey’s on it. Sorting out process or compliance questions? Rey handles those, too. Whether it’s streamlining processes, helping with compliance, or supporting day-to-day operations, Rey is a game-changer for your operations and insights.
What’s new?
Curator at NADA
We also shared a major update that’s available now for our dealers! CRM Advisor launched as a new AI feature built directly into FOCUS. It gives you actionable customer insights, curated vehicle talking points, and AI-generated email and text messages designed to help you better connect with customers.
And many stopped by to check out Curator, the industry’s first Unified Intelligence Engine, built to unify, clean, and connect your data to activate total customer visibility. By pulling together and cleaning up records from across your systems, Curator makes sure your dealership information stays accurate and consistent everywhere it matters.
What’s coming soon?
Parts Flex Logistics and Service Flex — Advisor are two other solutions unveiled this year. These tools are designed to simplify wholesale parts management and make your service lane operate even more smoothly. While they’re not quite ready for launch, exciting updates are on the way — stay tuned!
Reynolds Performance Managers: Technology Matters but People Drive Results
Not only did we feature our innovative solutions at our booth, but we also showcased a support no one else has, our Reynolds Performance Managers (RPMs)! This team spent the show connecting with dealers, answering questions, trading ideas, and sharing what works. These local, trusted advisors invest in each dealership’s ongoing success through regular utilization review meetings, performance improvement projects, and helping you turn new solutions into measurable performance gains.
Connecting Through Connected
Throughout the show, we sat down to bring topics dealers care about to our podcast. From talking about the importance of AI and clean data with Todd Smith to hearing about maximizing value in limited customer service touches from Dave Rodgers. You can hear more of our conversations from NADA on the Connected Podcast.

Amplify Is Next
NADA always signals new beginnings and opportunities — and there’s so much more ahead. We’re already counting down to Amplify 2026, August 10-11 in Carlsbad, CA, where dealers and partners will gather to push innovation even further. Amplify serves as a checkpoint for us to reconnect, learn, and share success stories.
What happened in Vegas is just the beginning. Let’s keep the momentum going. Here’s to another year of helping you succeed every single day.
