In this session, Scott Lansford showed how you can simplify and speed up vehicle sales posting by automating more of the process. He walked through ways to streamline your journal prefixes, make sure every deal pulls in balanced and matches gross profit to what’s in Desking. He also shared how to stop manually entering products, packs, and fees by setting them to pull in automatically. Scott introduced enhanced accounting integration so you can build logic-based default lines that populate based on the deal with no extra clicks required. With the right bank and aftermarket specs in place, your role becomes less about fixing and more about reviewing and posting. The goal is simple: cleaner deals, faster posting, fewer errors.

Paperless Paperwork: Tracking Contracts in Transit in a Digital Age

In this session, Erica Lowman and Bridget McGowan showed how to take control of your contracts in transit by treating econtracting as a full process, not just a digital signature. From credit app to cash in the bank, every step should be digital, embedded in your DMS, and tracked. They explained how Reynolds measures CIT and offered practical questions to ask back at your store: Are you printing more than you should? Which lenders fund fastest? Where are the delays in your process? They closed with a look at CIT Intel, a tool built to give dealers real-time insight into CIT performance by finance manager and lender, helping teams pinpoint bottlenecks and get funded faster.
