We let them know they don’t have to go back and sit down or wait in line, they can just check out and be on their way.
The beauty of ReyPAY is when a customer processes their payment, it immediately invoices their ticket. The issue of fat-fingering the keyboard and collecting the wrong amount has been completely eliminated. Our office manager used to have to reconcile multiple errors a day before ReyPAY. Now, we don’t have discrepancies and we stopped eating that cost.
Another great thing about ReyPAY is our customers’ personal information is much more secure than just giving someone a credit card over the phone or even coming into the dealership to pay. It’s a completely safe transaction—we have absolutely no visibility to credit card information.
