The Details

  • Before using Alliance eContracting, we had to upload certain documents twice because we needed it in two different areas. Alliance eContracting has eliminated that extra step for us.
  • We used to open multiple applications and sign in to each of them to complete a customer’s paperwork. Now with Alliance eContracting, everything can be done in one deal jacket.
  • If we find that something is missing from a deal, it’s easy to hop into the deal jacket and add it. We’re never more than one click away from that information being in funding’s inbox.
  • Lining up information for a deal across multiple platforms used to be a nightmare – you’d have to match to the penny. Alliance eContracting makes it easy because you’re able to line up everything in a deal with the single click of a button and send it out for funding.
  • We used to print everything out, throw it into a deal, and physically thumb through it; then all that paperwork would have to get scanned back into the system. Alliance eContracting has taken a lot of that work off of our plates, and our business office really likes it.
  • It was really nice to see the level of support we got when moving to Alliance eContracting. If there was anything we needed, our Reynolds team had our back and jumped to find a solution.
