Seamless, Professional Deals
We’ve been using Desking for over two years and we use it for all of our deals. After using Reynolds Desking, I would never go back to ERA blue screens.
The interface is great. Everything is right in front of you and it’s easy to see which fields are complete and which still need information. On my lease worksheet, I can easily glance at the screen and see residuals, taxes, trade-ins, and everything else I need to complete a deal. There’s nothing worse than giving a customer a quote and then noticing an error. Desking has helped us reduce those kinds of errors because it’s so easy to see which steps of the deal are completed.
Using multiple scenarios makes my job a lot easier. I generally give most of my customers several different scenarios because it is so quick. If you give folks a few more options, it increases your odds of selling the car.
The deal also looks more professional because we’re not scribbling on paper. We print out an easy-to-read proposal the customers understand. Since the proposals are uniform, it makes our sales people more efficient in their jobs as well because they're used to seeing the same format every time. I would say that all of this has helped us improve job efficiency by 45 percent.
Desking saves me at least 15 minutes per deal. At around 60 deals per month, we’re talking about a savings of 15 hours a month.
