The Ken Garff Automotive Group (Ken Garff) and the Reynolds and Reynolds Company (Reynolds) today announced the two companies have extended their agreement for Reynolds to provide the Dealership Management Solution for Ken Garff new car franchised dealerships as part of a five-year agreement.
Through Reynolds, Ken Garff intends to optimize its hardware, software, and network solutions to improve the customer and employee experience. For example, by utilizing a common software platform through Reynolds for its service tablet setup, Ken Garff aims to improve service times and decrease employee training redundancy.
