I’ve been the Parts and Service Director for Stearns Ford and County Ford for six years. In 2013, I suggested we purchase Reynolds’ Marketing services. That same year, both stores launched and went live with Targeted Marketing.
We originally chose Reynolds because of the way your marketing database communicated directly with our Reynolds DMS. We are able to update and add emails to our customer records. Before Reynolds, we only had 10% of our customers’ email addresses in our database. We set a goal to reach at least 50% and we exceeded that. Currently we’re up to 70%.
We’re extremely busy here every day. For us to have to stop and take off the hat of service manager or parts manager, and put on a marketing hat and sit down to design and develop a marketing strategy, is very difficult. Targeted Marketing puts it all together for us. The ads they create aren’t just cookie cutter or the same thing almost every time with different shapes or colors. My Reynolds marketing team creates event-specific and seasonal ads that appeal to our local audience. They aren’t afraid to make suggestions, and if we ever want to change something, they work with us to come up with really nice, eye-catching content.
The communication with my Reynolds marketing team is very good. Both of my managers meet with them once a month. We know we can always pick up the phone and call them or send an email and they’ll respond in a timely manner. We have excellent communication and we’ve built good relationships with our marketing experts.
The support we get and the quality of ads created and tailored to our dealerships is unmatched. We’ve had them for this many years because they do a great job.
