We wanted something in our service drive that would make the customers enjoy their experience. I think we hit the nail on the head with RFID for Service.
RFID for Service has changed the way we work. I sit on the second story overlooking the service lane and I see my greeters and porters constantly looking up at the boards. When they see a car come in the drive, they immediately turn to greet them.
We were worried some people wouldn’t want us to put a tag on their car, but I’ve never heard a complaint!
When the service advisor comes out and knows everything about the customer, they appreciate it. They feel like we are ready for them, and we are, thanks to RFID for Service.
Before, customers were continually interrupting the service advisor to ask about their car. Now with Status Board they don’t have to, which is a HUGE time savings for us!
