Prior to AddOnAuto, our accessory sales were almost non-existent. It was extremely difficult to get in front of every customer to present them.

We decided to add an accessory coordinator role and implement AddOnAuto to start generating additional profit. Now, every customer gets a presentation and the option to add accessories to their vehicle before going into finance.

Since going live with AddOnAuto, our accessory sales have increased 300-400%.

Whenever a customer purchases an accessory, it’s automatically added to the deal electronically and the We Owe is populated. The integration between our Reynolds DMS and AddOnAuto makes the entire process of selling accessories streamlined and efficient.

In addition, every accessory sold is accounted for. We’re able to pull results that show we’ve generated incremental business as a result of AddOnAuto, whereas before, it was impossible to track which accessories were even part of a deal.

We also recently installed AddOnAuto’s Accessory Order Network to help streamline ordering accessories on the backend. As we continue to invest in Reynolds solutions like this, everyone at the dealership is becoming more efficient in their roles and overall, more satisfied. The support we’ve received thus far, and will continue to receive, will undoubtedly help us better utilize these solutions and become even more profitable.
