The interface is great. Everything is right in front of you and it’s easy to see which fields are complete and which still need information. On my lease worksheet, I can easily glance at the screen and see residuals, taxes, trade-ins, and everything else I need to complete a deal. Since the proposals are uniform, it makes our sales people more efficient in their jobs as well because they’re used to seeing the same format every time. I would say that all of this has helped us improve job efficiency by 45%.

Desking saves me at least 15 minutes per deal. At around 60 deals per month, we’re talking about a savings of 15 hours a month.
