I’m always in the prospect log and the desk log. I like the desk log a lot because it works with ERA-IGNITE F&I seamlessly. I can open up a deal right in FOCUS and communicate with the salesperson directly. They don’t have to leave the customer to get up and come talk to me, which is amazing. I just review the deal and send it back to them through the CRM. Our productivity has increased ten-fold because of this.
