We’ve been a Reynolds CRM user for almost a decade so when our contract renewal was approaching at the end of last year, our owner suggested researching other CRM tools as part of the renewal process.

We were looking into what VinSolutions and eLeads had to offer when Reynolds came to us and said they were in the process of building FOCUS, a new CRM solution. They set up a meeting with executives from all three stores in our group and allowed us to take a look at the functionality of the new CRM before it was even fully developed. We were completely blown away.

We wanted to be on FOCUS as soon as it was ready; so when it was, we switched over immediately. In my experience using older Reynolds CRMs, a decent amount of training was always necessary to get everyone up and running. The amount of training needed to get people going on FOCUS was a fraction of that. We were able to attend remote training and make the transition slowly, navigating between the old and new software. The more dealership employees used FOCUS, the less they wanted to use Contact Management. Especially my management team. They were, hands down, bought into FOCUS on day one.

The best part about FOCUS for everyone is having everything we need on one screen. Instead of navigating through multiple tabs or windows, FOCUS takes key pieces of information and displays it on the dashboard in real-time. We don’t even have to refresh anything, it updates on its own.

I can’t tell you how much time I save not having to navigate through several tabs to get the information I need. In our previous CRM, I likely would have had the dashboard, desk log metrics, sales report, and several more windows open to get the same information FOCUS gives me on one screen. I love that I get an overview of the entire dealership and can hold my dealership staff more accountable for things like follow ups and completing sales steps on the mobile app.

I’m also a big fan of the mobile manager and instant messaging feature in FOCUS. We’re not always at our desks, so the fact that a sale can be completed and we can communicate with each other remotely is huge. Being able to do something as simple as send an instant message through our CRM and receive it on our phones in the app has really streamlined communication throughout the dealership.

We’re very happy we decided to continue using Reynolds for our customer relationship management system because, stacked against other CRM tools in the industry, FOCUS far exceeds the competition.
