Chavez Buick GMC - ReverseRisk - Testimonial

When I took over this store a couple years ago, it was in really bad shape. We were having issues with contracts in transit and overall employee accountability. I was looking for solutions to help fix some of these issues when my finance manager asked if I’d ever heard of ReverseRisk®. As someone unfamiliar with the solution, I did a little bit of research and requested to see it live. I knew right away the functionality and reporting capabilities of ReverseRisk were exactly what I’d been looking for to get us back on track. Part of our problem was everything was tracked manually. If there was important information or notes that needed to be attached to a deal, they were handwritten and photocopied into the system. We were doing almost everything in Excel and it just didn’t make sense. ReverseRisk’s user interface allows us to view factory receivables, contracts in transit, notes that have been added to a deal, and critical business information in one single place. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have all that information at our fingertips. Being able to access, view, and share that information instantly has helped us turn this store around ten-fold. This dealership is in California, but my permanent residence is in Texas, so I’m not there every day. And I know a lot of dealerships in a similar situation. Before ReverseRisk, I used to spend at least 15 minutes a day dialing into a VPN and logging in just to run a report. Now I can access key information with the click of a button. ReverseRisk is worth its weight in gold. Not only has ReverseRisk freed up a lot of my time, but also my comptroller’s time. When I review our financial statement with her at the end of the month, it’s right there on the screen. She doesn’t have to email it over, wait for my notes, make changes, print it out again, and email it back to me. I can pull it up in real-time, verify all our expenses are in, and see gross trends. She’s saving an hour every day using ReverseRisk for the financial statement process alone. This is the way tracking and reporting should be done. ReverseRisk is by far the easiest, fastest way to get the information you need, when you need it. I honestly don’t see how any dealership could operate without it.
