I am writing to share how pleased we are with Service Price Guides (SPG) and the Service Price Guides Master Certification program. Our dealership has used SPG in all three of our stores for several years and we love the results.

What has impressed me the most about SPG is the ability to make informed decisions and action plans for my employees. Maybe a manager is selling too many oil changes, not up selling enough, or is giving out too many discounts. It allows me to sit down with under performers and discuss steps to improve their numbers. I have the data to analyze situations before they become larger issues. SPG is much more than a pricing tool it’s a management tool.
I can guarantee you SPG has raised our effective labor rate $10-$15 and that includes discounting. Service Price Guide will increase your gross profit margins – it’s a no brainer. There’s no way I’d ever go into another store and not install SPG.
