Before True Retention, we had thousands of customer records, but no way to verify if the contact information was accurate. We could have been sending marketing material into a void and would have had no idea. We understood that our data could only take us so far. True Retention verified our customer mailing addresses and combined duplicate vehicle and customer records within the same households. Beyond that, it identified more than 3,500 customers without a valid email address on file and found up-to-date ones, significantly improving our email marketing reach. Before True Retention, these customers hadn’t been receiving anything from us.
Within just a few weeks, our True Retention specialist set up several sales and service-focused reminders, including a customized rewards program, a service department introduction with a complimentary oil change, and a special birthday offer. The rewards program has had an average response rate of 20 percent!
