The Problem

Prior to ReyPAY, I had to batch out three different credit card terminals everyday. Then the following day we would cash out and reconcile the deposit from the prior day. In one instance, we had a refund that was stuck in limbo. To get it processed, I had to get the merchant services provider involved and physically punch numbers until it was resolved. It was a nightmare.

The Results

Now, due to ReyPAY’s integration with my DMS, all my transactions are centralized into one report and refunds are much easier. I can go into the web merchant portal and see transactions right away.
However, for us, it’s all about the customer experience.
With the ability to email customer invoices and receipts, we’ve caught up with vendors in other industries. It's what millennial’s want — they want it all and they want it now. The payment process should be as easy and as pleasant as possible. By allowing customers to pay from their phone, they don’t have to waste time at the cashier.
