We were interested in finding a tool that would help increase the profitability of our F&l department. We’ve seen distinct advantages from docuPAD since implementation. It was installed in one day and the next four days were all dedicated to training our employees.
The first thing we noticed was the speed of our F&l delivery process improving by 20-30 minutes per deal. Some of our deals have multiple menu options, and docuPAD allows us to customize our menus, which is one of the areas we were able to speed up the process.
Three months prior to having docuPAD, we produced approximately $200,000 in total F&l income, with an average of $836 per unit. In comparison, these last three months with docuPAD we produced $243,000 in F&l income, or about $1,100 per unit. That’s an increase of over $250 per unit.
We have also noticed increased customer interaction and interest with docuPAD which is directly related to our increased profitability. We are able to be more detailed in our presentations of additional products, allowing our customers to be better informed. We’ve even had several instances where we require only one signer to come back to the F&l office, but the customer will think docuPAD is so cool they’ll call their family and say, "You’ve got to see this!"
