Integrated Document Management increases efficiency and time savings:
One of my favorite features of Integrated Document Management is having the ability to pull up a document and email it straight to a customer. Before, I'd have to pull a document, scan it, upload it to my computer from the scanner, and then email it. Being able to do it directly from Integrated Document Management saves me so many steps.
If we’re missing a piece of documentation when a car deal comes to the office from F&I, we can now easily look in the electronic deal jacket and quickly reprint it.
In service, our advisors use Integrated Document Management to see which repair orders have been scanned and receipted in, or haven’t been closed yet. They’re able to pull up the documents they need and send it to the right person right away.
Integrated Document Management saves us time when we have to go back and look at a document. Instead of walking across the building to pull a physical piece of paper, we can pull it up on our computer screens.
