I’ve been in the car business my entire life, going on almost 30 years now. I have used many different automotive technology platforms, but once I started using ERA-IGNITE, I knew Reynolds was the best in the business.

We were introduced to ERA-IGNITE at Reynolds headquarters. While we were in Dayton, we did the Innovation Center tour. It was a cool presentation; I could picture everything they demonstrated in our dealership. My owner agreed it’s the kind of technology we need to have. I was also very impressed with the support organization I have backing me and the security they have protecting the data servers.

When I call in for support I always get amazing service. They always know exactly what I’m talking about; there’s never been a time they haven’t been able to resolve my issue. I can tell Reynolds hires people from the automotive industry because everything from software to support is designed for what we do. They know what we need and really think it through. It’s so nice having someone on the phone who knows exactly what I’m going through.

For some of the experiences I’ve had with other companies out there, they can’t even compete with Reynolds and Reynolds.

  • Using Reynolds products helps make us more efficient. We do about 2,000 ROs a month and if we had to use a third party to build and close an RO, it would cause our service advisors to do double the work.
