The docuPAD system elevates the experience for customers and employees alike.

Our corporate goal is to go completely paperless and, being responsible for the success of our F&I departments, our number one priority is production and efficiency.
Before we implemented the docuPAD® system, we were using a regular paper selling system which consisted of visual brochures, printouts, and menus. We were presenting several different menus to sell customers on products — it wasn’t professional or advanced. The docuPAD system is much more intuitive; it’s like night and day from our old system.

The Results

Every time a customer comes into the F&I office, they’re amazed with the new technology. They’re relieved to not have a stack of papers to go through. When they start signing on the docuPAD system, they’re more interactive and their guard is down. They like that they get all of their signed documents on a USB instead of all the paperwork. The average time a customer spends in the office now has decreased by 15-20 minutes because everything is electronic. The customer experience has done a complete 180; it’s so much better with the docuPAD system.

Because of the docuPAD system, our overall penetration has gone up about 10% on all of our products. It just makes everything easier for the customer.

In addition to the benefits we’ve seen in customer experience and increased profitability, the accounting office likes that they have everything they need in front of them without ever having to touch a deal file. If they ever need to look at what’s going on with a deal, they can just jump in the system and see it. They no longer have to walk down to the finance office to look at it because everything is in the docuPAD system, and the scanning picks up the few documents we need to save outside of the docuPAD system. It has really improved the flow and communication between accounting and finance. It’s also cut our average CIT down by a day or two because of the ROSEI integration and minimizing contracting errors.

We would definitely endorse the docuPAD system to other dealerships. It’s made our jobs easier. It’s phenomenal.
