As a 20 year customer of Reynolds and Reynolds, our culture’s pretty simple. Everything that we have is designed around our DMS. So if we can get everybody together, rowing in the same direction, singing out of the same songbook, the job is simple. Profitability comes simple.

When COVID hit, we knew that we had capital and we could sustain for a substantial period of time without generating revenue. And I think that took some of the sting out of it and some of the fear and that it was just roll up our sleeves and go grind.

It was also comforting knowing that we were at work and you guys were too. When we called support, you were there. There was never a moment that the phone didn’t get answered. 

At this point, we’ve seen it all. We’ve seen recession, we’ve seen GM bankruptcy, we’ve seen COVID. I’m not really sure what’s left. I feel pretty comfortable that no matter what it is, we know that together we can prevail.
