Setting Up FOCUS Landing Pages
Hello and welcome to the second FOCUS Learn It video: Setting the FOCUS user landing page.
Today, I’m going to walk you through step by step how to assign each Contact Management user in your dealership their designated landing page for FOCUS. This must be completed before your dealership can start using FOCUS – we can not turn FOCUS on for your dealership until each user is assigned their designated landing page.
Feel free to login into Contact Management and follow along with each step.
First, navigate to the administration application. On the drop down in the top left corner of your screen choose “Administration.”
In the tool bar at the top of the page, select the “Tools Menu”. In the drop down, choose “Batch Edit.” And then navigate to the “User Batch Edit” tab.
You can use available filters to narrow down search results. Or you can click “search” to see results for all users.
Select the “Edit” button to update the results.
You will see columns for all user’s usernames, full names, and “FOCUS Landing Page.” This is where you will designate a landing page for each current user. You have six options to choose from: salesperson, BDC user, sales manager, BDC Manager, Internet Manager or General Manager. Use the drop down arrows to match each user with the role related to their dealership position.
Once you have matched every user to a FOCUS landing page, select the “Save and Exit” button.
You can then repeat the process as needed until all Contact Management users are updated for FOCUS.
This is a very important step in your dealership’s preparation for FOCUS. Be sure this step is complete before your dealership’s designated switch day.

Thank you.
