- Contestant’s full name, dealership of employment (name), and Contestant’s valid e-mail and phone number;
- What practice or idea they implemented into the dealership;
- A full description of what problem the contestant was trying to fix; and
- What impact their idea had (regardless of submission method, an “Entry” or in plural, the “Entries”).
Entries are limited to one per person; if multiple entries are received from a single contestant, the earliest entry will be considered, and all subsequent submissions will be disqualified. Any submissions that are determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. By submitting an Entry, the contestant grants a nonexclusive and transferable license to Sponsor to disclose information contained in the Entry to other of Sponsor’s customers and otherwise exploit any intellectual property contained in their Entry, whether in trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or any other form. This shall not prevent the contestant from utilizing the ideas expressed to improve the performance of their dealership.
Contestants further agree that by submitting an Entry, without regard to whether such Entry is complete, they consent and agree that Sponsor may publish their name, image, and likeness along with any creative expressions in any form of media, whether internal or external, or in written, visual, audio, or other form.
- Contest Period: The Contest begins on May 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). To be valid, all Entries must be submitted in accordance with Rule 3 and received by Sponsor during the Contest Period.

Finalists will be notified by e-mail and telephone using the contact information provided in the associated Entry no later than July 18, 2025. If a Finalist cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, their nonresponse will be considered a rejection of the opportunity, and an alternate Finalist will be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Any alternate Finalists may be notified after July 18, 2025, but as soon as practical. For each Finalist, the Sponsor will provide roundtrip transportation to and from Irving, Texas, dinner and accommodations for the night of August 18th, 2025, breakfast and lunch on August 19th, 2025, and one round of golf at the TPC Las Colinas golf course located in Irving, Texas.
