Reynolds and Reynolds Expands its Spark AI Unified Data Layer Through Intermedia Partnership
Integration between the two companies provides crucial customer information immediately, when it’s needed most

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company continues to grow its cutting-edge Spark AI unified data layer, which allows AI tools to operate with accurate, de-duplicated, and complete data. A new partnership announced today with Intermedia, a leading provider of AI-powered cloud communications solutions, brings near real-time phone call activity into FOCUS CRM by automatically creating activities within the customer record for existing customers at the dealer’s option.
This communications data gathered through the Intermedia platform is incorporated into Reynolds’ Spark AI unified data layer, allowing it to be used by dealerships through AI tools like Rey, CRM Advisor, and Prospect AI to deliver previously unimaginable efficiency and productivity gains.
Nearly 26,000 auto dealership personnel already rely on Intermedia’s platform to support growth and enhance the customer journey, making their communications data a valuable addition to Reynolds’ Spark AI unified data layer.

Additionally, Reynolds ERA® Cloud DMS customers who use an Intermedia phone system will now receive an on-screen customer information pop-up as an inbound call is received. This puts key details about the caller at the fingertips of service advisors and salespeople, helping to create a great customer experience.
