Reynolds and Reynolds today announced AutoVision will put the dealer experience at the heart of the certified pre-owned (CPO) discussion at Used Car Week 2026, November 16–19 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California. Used Car Week is a leading gathering for executives and professionals across the used-vehicle ecosystem, bringing together automotive retail, remarketing, auto finance, technology, investment and other industry sectors.
At 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17, Babak Mofrad, president of AutoVision, will moderate the Best Practices from the Best CPO Dealers panel at the event.
“The most useful dealer conversations go beyond what worked,” said Mofrad. “They ask why it worked, what had to change and what another store should consider before trying it.”
Mofrad will be joined on the panel by experts in used vehicle sales.
- Kyle Elder of Street Volkswagen of Amarillo
- Ray Villarreal of ZT Automotive
- Brian Bell of Avondale Toyota
The panel’s goal is to connect dealer perspectives with the trends and strategies shaping the next generation of CPO operations.
“A CPO strategy needs to make sense on both sides of the desk: for the people running the program and for the shopper deciding what the certification means to them,” said Mofrad.
Framing the panel discussion this way, Mofrad will guide the panelists through various topics including Certified Pre-Owned Market and Inventory Strategy; Technology and Operations; Consumer Behavior and Retail Trends; and Industry Outlook.
