Position description:

As the Pricing and Quotation Specialist for the Reynolds Document Services organization, you will assist with preparation of pricing quotes, implementation of pricing increases, and perform competitive pricing analysis projects. You will also be responsible for managing the creation and continuous updating of the price book used by our sales and support teams. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with senior level marketing and sales leadership associates. In addition, the ideal candidate will be analytical, able to multi-task and enjoy working in a team environment.

Training:

Training will be a combination of internal curriculum, entry level projects that are supervised by management and senior level staff, and on the job training with current teams in Pricing, Marketing and Manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Up to 5% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of finance or accounting experience, pricing experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
