As a Jr. Project Manager for our Recreational Market Dealer Management System, you will be responsible for all aspects of the product life cycle from ideation to general market availability. This position will be focused on Business Office operations, including but not limited to accounting and payment processing applications. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements, adding value to our products and services by translating business and user needs into actionable deliverables. You will act as the liaison between cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Change Management, Software Development, and the Call Center. Your goal is to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and deliverables while communicating the overall product status and delivery to your team. In addition to product management, you will be responsible for testing a variety of software applications to help ensure our products are to the highest quality before release to our customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; business accounting or payment processing experience a plus; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong critical thinking skills; Willingness to be proactive and solicit input directly from customers; Ability to identify issues and creatively problem solve; Proactive self-starter; Knowledge of automotive or recreational vehicle dealership software is a plus; Automotive or recreational vehicle dealership knowledge/experience is a plus; Natural aptitude for working with numbers, financial data, and software applications used in accounting and business operations is a plus
