Position description:Naked Lime Marketing, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is all about adding a twist to the world of digital marketing with our data-driven strategy, creativity, and collaboration. To maintain current levels of service as we grow, we are currently seeking an entry-level Tactical Marketing Trainee to join the Naked Lime team, learn our business objectives, and take strategy and turn it into action for our portfolio of customers.
From your first day in our Dayton offices, you will hit the ground running, learning the ins and outs of the digital marketing world through instruction and hands-on experience. Once training is completed, you will join the Tactical Team and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of deliverables. It will be up to you to use what you learned to manage social media postings across several platforms and improve website value for our customers. Successful Tactical Marketing Trainees need to be prepared to learn and implement several concepts quickly, think creatively, act with integrity, and collaborate with a variety of teams to accomplish common data-driven goals. Our customers are the center of our company, and to make sure we are serving them right our teams are always receiving updates and additional training. Responsibilities include: Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables, Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, Social Media planning and posting for clients , Create and design webpages and blogs , and Cross-channel marketing strategy implementation
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Ability to use data to inform to make informed decisions
- Digital marketing, marketing research, or other relevant coursework is a plus
