As a Product Consultant you will provide superior customer assistance by working with customers and vendors to resolve any technical or software issues and maintain up to date catalog additions. In this role you, will provide a comprehensive consumer experience through maintaining network problems, providing infinite product knowledge, and presenting new solutions to improve their business. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone assisting customers and sales personnel, but other duties include researching and documenting customer issues, working in partnership with our sales team and working on new projects as they become available. - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic PC skills
- Desire to work with customers over the phone and interact with team members
