As a Marketing Support Specialist you will work within the Naked Lime Marketing division of Reynolds and Reynolds. In this position, you will be responsible for helping automotive dealerships communicate with their customers via monthly e-newsletters. You will make recommendations to dealerships regarding article topics and offers that they include in their monthly e-newsletters.
Working as part of a team you will manage assigned customer accounts via telephone and email. Your ability to develop rapport with dealership personnel is essential to overall success in this role, as you will become a trusted advisor for all of their e-newsletter needs. Additionally, you will be speaking to dealership management monthly to evaluate their digital marketing results to ensure the success of your marketing strategies. - Bachelors degree a plus; Associates required
- Customer service or call center experience
