As a Software Consultant you will establish and maintain a working relationship with customers across the United States while delivering a high level of service and support. As the single point of ownership for dealership computer software issues, you will be responsible for assuring complete customer satisfaction. In this entry-level position you will be fully trained to act as a trainer, trouble-shooter, and a consultant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think critically, analytically, and problem solve
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
