Vehicle Marketing Manager
A customer calls a dealership inquiring about a used vehicle she saw on their website. It turns out the dealership sold the car the previous week and never updated their website. The salesperson offers another vehicle of the same make in a different model so the customer searches for it on their website. She finds the vehicle, but the photos show a different colored vehicle than the salesperson is describing. The price of the vehicle is also incorrect.
Frustrated, the customer tells the salesperson to forget it and asks if it’s really that hard for the dealership to update their website then hangs up the phone.
Equally irritated, the salesperson asks aloud, “What do we have to do to get our website fixed guys?”
