The Reynolds and Reynolds Company today announced docuPAD® demonstrations will be offered at the Reynolds booth (#1223) at the 11th Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition to be held Oct. 5-7, 2011, in Las Vegas. During the previous Digital Dealer Conference in April 2011, docuPAD was the most demonstrated tool in the Reynolds booth.
docuPAD is an interactive selling tool and document processing system that enables dealerships to engage consumers and electronically record the deal process from start to finish.
With docuPAD, the dealer and customer use an electronic touch screen to collaboratively complete the entire finance and insurance (F&I) process of buying a car. docuPAD helps dealers present F&I products with on-screen presentations and videos. The product also helps dealers disclose all necessary contract and lease information, electronically capture required signatures, digitally record the entire process, and retain all of the deal files in an electronic deal jacket.
This digital approach to F&I can help dealerships increase F&I product sales, improve accuracy and compliance, and increase overall customer satisfaction by engaging consumers in the process.
