Position description:
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing designs for new features on existing and new products.
- Apply user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create design flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes in Figma.
- Engaging in usability testing and interpreting user feedback.
- Occasional on-site interviews/user research with dealers.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Figma required
- Strong skills in designing user interfaces, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with user research methods, creating user personas, user flows
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and learn from discussions
- Online portfolio, showcasing software design
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually
- Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
