As a Sales Skills Trainer you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting training materials and courses for our sales force which will include sales representatives in all stages of tenure. This position is essential to ensuring the successful application of knowledge and processes that contribute to the ongoing success of our sales teams and organization. You will be working closely with multiple divisions and departments to coordinate training sessions that ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Candidates must have documented experience and success in a customer-facing sales role. Candidates must be comfortable in front of large groups facilitating and presenting in a classroom style setting, as well as online via webinars and videos.
