Position description:

Reynolds Document Services provides documents and marketing solutions to thousands of automotive dealers throughout the US and Canada. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns for our brands and products. You will work closely with product managers and the sales team to develop customer-facing product collateral for specific solutions and sales tools to support our business goals. You will be also be responsible for making updates to our internal and external websites, staying current on automotive OEM brand standards, and training our sales team on marketing related topics.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is not essential but preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of brand management
  • Previous marketing collateral, email marketing and copyright experience
