Position description:Naked Lime Marketing, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is all about adding a twist to the world of digital marketing with our data-driven strategy, creativity, and collaboration. To maintain current levels of service as we grow, we are currently seeking an entry-level Strategic Marketing Trainee to join the Naked Lime team, learn our business objectives, and develop marketing plans for our portfolio of customers.
From your first day in our Dayton offices, you will hit the ground running, learning the ins and outs of the digital marketing world through instruction and hands-on experience. From there you will become a part of our Strategic Team, whose members are responsible for maintaining relationships with our roster of clients, keeping them informed and listening to their concerns and needs. The basics you learn in our training courses will prepare you to turn client goals into digital solutions. You’ll do this by communicating with other Naked Lime groups and working together to make your vision for the customer into a reality. Our most successful Strategic Marketing Trainees have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in our fast-paced environment while adding the refreshing twist of creativity we strive for in every solution.

Responsibilities will include: 8-12 week on-the-job training program, Become certified in Google Analytics and Google Adwords, Prepare presentations, visuals, and marketing plans to meet client goals and objectives, Ongoing client communication through email, phone, and video conferencing, Internal communication with sales and cross-channel teams, Create and analyze PPC, SEO and Social Marketing strategies for dealership clients, as well as Develop and pitch growth opportunities for assigned book of business
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Digital marketing, marketing research, or other relevant coursework is a plus
