$11.00 PER HOUR | CAN WORK UP TO 29 HOURS PER WEEK
As a part-time Call Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for making outbound phone calls on behalf of dealership customers to conduct surveys, provide appointment reminders, schedule appointments and discuss customer satisfaction issues. These services assist dealerships with improving their customer satisfaction ratings.
- Basic PC skills
- Good communication skills
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Bilingual applicants are a plus, but not required
