The Sales Prospect Control (SPC) application was designed by dealerships and developed by Reynolds to increase sales productivity, increase sales follow-up, monitor sales personnel performance, and provide control over day-to-day sales activities. Sales Prospect Control produces a work plan that tracks prospects through the selling cycle and shows the salesperson who to call for follow-up. Sales Prospect Control is also integrated with the Telephone Cost Control application, making it easy to verify that salespeople are actually calling the prospects to follow-up. The Sales Prospect Control software also integrates with other POWER applications to provide additional information, such as service dollars spent, lease terminations and total number of vehicles owned.
