Internet Parts Ordering

Allows your customers to check for parts and order online.

With the Internet Parts Ordering (IPO) feature of Internet Business Connection (IBC), your parts customers can check on-hand quantity, submit new parts orders, and check the status of existing orders - all via the Internet.

Once your customers log in to the Internet Parts Ordering application from your dealership's website, they can:
  • View all their current orders
  • Search your parts inventory to check on-hand quantity
  • View prices based on your pricing structure
  • Submit new orders via the Internet

The information from the parts request is gathered from the POWER Application Server in real time, so when a part is sold, on-hand quantities are immediately updated. Once an order has been invoiced, an automatic or manual confirmation may be sent to the customer letting them know the order is on its way or ready for pickup. Internet Parts Ordering helps elevate your dealership to the next level by enabling users to create online parts orders and send them to the dealership, all without picking up the phone.
