Business Office and Employee Management
Accounting
The Accounting Interface package is a business office application interface portfolio that allows approved non-Reynolds vendor applications to interface with the dealer’s ERA system. This interface product provides a safe, structured, and reliable process for real-time, bi-directional exchange of information that is used by business office associates when managing accounts payable.

Human Resources (HR)
The Human Resources Interface package is an accounting interface portfolio that emphasizes the process that typically occurs while managing dealership employees. The interface allows the bi-directional exchange of employee data between the HR software and ERA Accounting.

The HR Interface package includes the ability to:
Search for, Insert, or Update employee information Receive employee paycheck information from ERA

Fixed Operations
Body Shop
The Body Shop Interface package allows approved non-Reynolds body shop management systems to interface with ERA. There is no current (or necessary) integration with estimating systems at this time, and the selected estimating system has no bearing on the management system interface to ERA.

After the body shop advisor finishes creating an estimate on the approved Body Shop System, it only takes the touch of a button to send this information over to ERA to create a Repair Order and Parts List!

Daily Rental
The Daily Rental Interface saves dealers time and money by eliminating the need for duplicate entry of data from the dealer’s Rental Business. The interface allows the bi-directional exchange of customer information between the Daily Rental Software and ERA. Rental Contracts from the Daily Rental Software also flow seamlessly into ERA. The Daily Rental interface lets the dealer use the Daily Rental Software it chooses to run its Rental Business, while still maintaining a single set of accounting records.

Parts Inventory
The Parts Inventory interface package(s) are parts interface portfolios that emphasize the processes that occur in the parts department. The interface(s) allows the exchange of parts data between the parts software application and ERA Parts.

Request a list of total parts inventory Receive a parts pick list from ERA Receive a parts order, confirmation, and receipt from ERA Receive Parts Activity, Parts Inventory and Parts Order transactions from ERA

Service Management
The Service Management Interface package provides a comprehensive view of repair orders and the ability to update a repair order in ERA.

The CRM Interface package is a sales and CRM application interface portfolio that allows approved non-Reynolds vendor applications to interface with the dealer’s ERA system. F&I
The F&I Interface package is a sales interface portfolio that emphasizes the process that typically occurs in the F&I office. These interfaces allow the batch and bi-directional exchanges of F&I deal worksheet information between the F&I or sales software and ERA.

Vehicle Inventory
The Vehicle Inventory interface packages emphasize the importance of synchronizing vehicle inventory information where the information may reside in more than one location. The interface allows the exchange of vehicle inventory data between the vehicle inventory software application and the Reynolds Dealer Management Systems.
