Quick Vehicle Advance Report to easily determine the right vehicle for each customer.
The
Quick Vehicle Advance Report provides a list of the vehicles your customer will likely be interested in and the maximum advance for each. To get the best information, set parameters like price range and odometer readings, and customize your reports to include variables such as bookout information.
If a customer wants a full-size sedan under $35,000 with less than 30,000 miles, no problem. Just punch in the numbers and hit enter. You'll see instantly what fits their criteria.
Here's how:
- From the "Start Deal" page, select "Display" then "Quick Vehicle Advance Report."
- Enter your criteria. To enter additional criteria, select "Customize."
- Select "Run Report."
- Select the vehicle your customer is interested in.
- Click the "Create Deal" button.
Then just roll straight into your deal. Your customers will appreciate how quickly you find them the right vehicle, and you'll have a better chance of upping those close ratios and aftermarket sales.
