You asked for a better way to make service appointments and Reynolds heard you loud and clear! Now it's easy with ERA-IGNITE newly enhanced point-and-click screens. Learn more about upgrading your ERA system. Ask your Reynolds account manager for more details or search keyword "IGNITE" on www.reyrey.com.

The new ERA-IGNITE Appointment Display provides a grid view of advisors with their scheduled appointments and open time slots. This new display makes finding the next available advisor a cinch. It also helps you avoid overbooking your advisors.

Access this new Appointment Display in ERA-IGNITE by selecting line 16 of your ERA Appointment and Reception screen (3030).



Over the past few years, the majority of ERA enhancements were specifically requested by our customers. Keep sending in your suggestions - just log into Online Support at https://my.reyrey.com. On the left-hand navigation menu under Services, click on the link for ERA Product Suggestion and fill out the Enhancement Worksheet.
