Reynolds' Solutions Approved for Subaru Lead Management

DAYTON, OHIO - December 11, 2008 - The Reynolds and Reynolds Company today announced that its ERA® Contact Management and Lead Management solutions for automotive retailers have been approved by Subaru of America, Inc., for lead disposition. Subaru dealerships using either Contact Management or Lead Management now are able to seamlessly receive Internet sales leads directly from Subaru's digital marketing sources. As dealers record the actions taken on those leads, their status also will be automatically reported back to Subaru.

"Adding lead disposition capabilities for Subaru is one more way that Reynolds has enhanced Contact Management and Lead Management to help our customers capture, control, and convert Internet leads into more sales," said Jon Strawsburg, vice president of Product Planning for Reynolds.

Using either Contact Management or Lead Management for lead disposition helps dealerships:

  • Secure Internet leads directly from the manufacturer.
  • Integrate Internet leads into their daily prospect and follow-up processes.
  • Respond more consistently to consumers' Internet requests for vehicle information.
  • Eliminate the need for manual processes to report lead status information back to the manufacturer.
By receiving more timely lead status information from dealerships, Subaru also is in a better position to adjust its digital marketing strategy to drive more leads to dealerships and help ensure proper follow-up for Internet leads provided to dealerships in its network.
